The company also started making bags out of faulty truck curtains.

First bag made from truck tarpaulin, discarded bicycle inner tubes and car seat belts.
5 stages of tarp transformation:
1. Truckspotting
2. Cutting Tarps
Turning ‘tarp monsters’ into recycled individual products by first freeing them from eyelets, straps, belts etc. Tarps then cut into standardised 7.8ft pieces and sent to laundry.
3. Washing
Washed using 3963 gallons of rainwater and a secret tarp-wash bath additive. After being washed and dried the tarp cuts are bundles according to colour and sent to bag design.
4. Bag Design

5. Completion
Sewing together of the templates. Careful stitching of tarps that are thicker than leather. Unique products sold online are each individually photographed from all sides.

Company focuses on both the re-use of materials and the simple design for everyday use.
